Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order under the following terms:

  1. Time Limit for Cancellation:
    You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  2. How to Cancel:
    To cancel your order, email us at drjointguard@gmail.com with your order number, reason for cancellation, and full name used at the time of order.
  3. Non-Cancellable Orders:
    1. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
    2. Orders placed under special promotions, discounts, or flash sales are non-cancellable.
    3. If an order is refused at the time of delivery without prior communication, it may result in account suspension for future purchases.
  4. Refund on Cancellations:
    If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you'll be required to share your bank account details for processing the refund.

Return Policy – 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. You must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  3. A complete unboxing video is mandatory in case the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and supporting images or video (especially for damaged/defective products).
  3. Wait for our confirmation before sending the product.

Important:
Do not ship any item back without receiving our approval and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

  1. If your return is approved, we will:
    1. Provide a prepaid return shipping label.
    2. Guide you with clear instructions on how and where to send the package.
  2. We bear the cost of return shipping only if the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. The item has been opened or used.
  2. Health or personal care products that have been unsealed.
  3. Items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling.
  4. Products returned without prior approval or outside the 7-day return window.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Please initiate a return as per the above process.
  2. Once approved and refunded, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  1. You will be required to provide your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC code).
  2. Refunds for COD will be issued via bank transfer only.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund even after 10 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment source.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing delays can occur.
