Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

Special Notes and Additional Information

  1. No Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery payment options. All payments must be completed online through the available payment gateways.

  2. Order Cancellation and Modifications:
    Orders can be canceled or modified only before they enter the processing stage. Please contact customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order.

  3. Customer Responsibility:
